The hair wash. When a stylist really does a solid wash and really gets after it I always ask for a double play. If they mail it in, which does happen occasionally, I do not. I typically tip well however my tip is 100% based on the effort of the wash and how well they do. (Goes without saying I expect the cut to be on point). I like the punch cards however some franchisees don’t provide them. I avoid those stores.
