Honestly, Savannah was a GOD SEND. My child is 4 and on the spectrum, weve worked so hard to meet the challenges that come with haircuts. When I told her he was on the spectrum she didn't hesitate. She asked me many questions to keep him comfortable and continued confidentiality. She asked me before doing anything to ensure that he was comfortable. And gave him praise continuously. We will ask for her every time! Thank you for your patience and your service!

Love the waiting room (Comfy waiting room chairs unlike the competitors, big screen TV, feels different than other boring salons.) The MVP experience is great! Love the hair wash, hot towel. Hair was cut the exact way I wanted it (Unlike Great Clips). Friendly staff. Great location! I'd love to see one in Alton, IL! But this one is worth the trip.
