I love the recliners, it reminds me of living in Germany, many decades ago. The drinks and popcorn were very good also. I have visited your Palladium location in San Antonio. The Cibolo location is close to my apartment. Thank you for having a close by location.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The theater itself was comfortable & sound and video were of good quality. The place wasn't overly crowded. The only experience that was not up to par was the ladies' bathroom. I have been to Santikos Cibolo 3 times in the past 30 days, and each time the ladies' bathroom was out of toilet paper, the floor was dirty, and some of the toilets were dirty. While I understand that someone can't be in there all the time to clean up after people, the absence of toilet paper is a major deal! Two of the three times I went to the theater were weeknights; once on a Wednesday night & once on a Thursday night. There is no reason that there wer bathroom stallls without toilet paper on a week night. Even on a weekend, there are 2 large toilet paper rolls in each stall. That is unacceptable.

I always have a good time here man. Good vibes, fun with friends, all so bright and clean. Food, drinks and snacks always on point for me. People are nice. What else could I want? Maybe some fighting games at the Arcade? Lol but that’s just being picky

I always have a great time with my assigned seating and being able to recline at all movies I attend. I did have a couple times either someone was sitting in my seat..If mines is assigned theirs should be too but just not same seat..kinda weird that it happened..amd I enjoy my food being delivered to me..so unfortunately this 1 day I went to movies I paid for my food to be delivered and I assure you I told the cashier my corr3ct seats and even confirmed she got it..nope still was a fail I had to go get my own food just when movie started because I received a text saying to come get it..yeah was mad but hey nobody is perfect but besides those things you pay for not getting fullfilled..I enjoy the atmosphere
