I love the recliners, it reminds me of living in Germany, many decades ago. The drinks and popcorn were very good also. I have visited your Palladium location in San Antonio. The Cibolo location is close to my apartment. Thank you for having a close by location.
The theater itself was comfortable & sound and video were of good quality. The place wasn't overly crowded. The only experience that was not up to par was the ladies' bathroom. I have been to Santikos Cibolo 3 times in the past 30 days, and each time the ladies' bathroom was out of toilet paper, the floor was dirty, and some of the toilets were dirty. While I understand that someone can't be in there all the time to clean up after people, the absence of toilet paper is a major deal! Two of the three times I went to the theater were weeknights; once on a Wednesday night & once on a Thursday night. There is no reason that there wer bathroom stallls without toilet paper on a week night. Even on a weekend, there are 2 large toilet paper rolls in each stall. That is unacceptable.
