This theatre chain has very friendly associates and they are always very helpful. Also santikos does alot for the community and i think that is very important. This is and always will be my only theatre of choice
Our first time at this location! We loved it. Next time we will plan to make it a family outing…we only allowed time for the movie. I have loved Santikos for decades. I went, years later, took my kids and now my grandchildren. Always friendly people, clean facility and a safe environment. Great bonus was seeing your statement about giving back to the community. Santikos staff, specifically management, to be very accommodating. When I had ' issues' in this past, I spoke with management and they worked with me and my wife on small improvements that could be made. They are always nice, great, and make the experience the best. Seats are great and the movie experience is everything I could ask for. Me and my wife go to the movies every week and our first choice is always cibolo santikos
Everything was great at santikos!! The only thing that could use a tweak is the food menu.

The chairs are by far the most comfortable from other theaters. I also like the was the table is set to the chair. i do with that there was more variety in food choices. Specifically dinner food.

I always have the best time at santikos. Specially at the Cibolo location. It is always clean and friendly service.
I love everything about it, to be honest! The only thing I don't love is the Card Only because of my budgeting, I usually only carry cash. Everything else is TOP NOTCH!
It’s a great facility. Clean and everything is nice. Love the convenience of two drink stations that flow and doesn’t make you feel claustrophobic. The game area is the same and it is done well and usually maintained real well.
The only criticism is that pizza and wings are no longer $5 on Tuesdays. When this location first opened they were making gourmet pizzas that had great suace, cheese and dough. Then they went to a cheaper option on ingredients and it made since at $5, but the pizza is not a $11 quality now. Wish you guys would bring back the old recipe and make this a really great pizza, or bring it back to $5 Tuesdays. I would almost rather have $6 Tuesday and keep wings and pizza as option. I don’t know you guys think about this way more than me. Just didn’t like the change.
