Great seating! Great concessions! Please continue to staff the concession stand, this is the biggest turnoff when going out to see a movie when the lines are long and there is obviously not enough staff to handle the crowds. I normally go to embassy theaters but you guys have won me over. Great job!! Keep it up!!

Nice theater. Dirty (seats and cup holders) for a practically new venue. Last two visits (June 6, Aladdin 4 seats and July 19, Spiderman 4 seats) I could not purchase my tickets through Santikos.com. I tried multiple times for both movies and all I could get was a message the Santikos could not process my request and to try again in 15 minutes. Thus, I purchased my tickets through Fandango (Conf: WPRZMLB and WGDFWGJ) however would really like to be able to obtain and use my rewards. Am I the only one having this issue and can I obtain Rewards from Santikos when utilizing Fandango?

Everything! I went to the Cibolo theater and had the Scorsese Pizza before the Lion King and Epic Nachos during. The food was delicious and your Soda machines are the best anywhere with unlimited combinations! We always get there super early to play games and hangout before the movie starts. The atmosphere is the best around. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I would never go anywhere else!
People are friendly and very clean. My only thing that I'd like to see is the people at the concession stand be more friendly. They always seem to be talking to each other. They don't really go out of their way to greet you or call you over to their register to take your order. I guess no real initiative to call you over to their empty register....kinda just let you stay in the line that has people in it instead of trying to help you.

Employees are very friendly. From the greeting at the front door to the consession area and the exiting from the theater. They have the hospitality down to an art.
We had a great time for my oldest sons 11th bday. I do want to let you know the first person that greeted us “Hudson McGuire” was a great young man and greeted us with a smile and a handshake. He made us feel welcome and pointed us to the bowling check in. Thanks Hudson for the friendly customer service.
