A term often used by millennials who think that you are ignorant. It is rude and also used by prison inmates. I am glad that I have yet to encounter this behavior at this establishment. It's rampant at HEB. You would think they would educate their staff to use the term SIR, MAM, or MISS when you do not know someones name.
Again all the staff behaved in a courteous and professional manner.

We enjoy the convenience of the concessions (my son claims Santikos has the best popcorn!), the recliner seats and all of the other amenities such as laser tag, bowling and the arcade. We love that Santikos also gives back to the community.

With this last visit, for whatever reason I did not get a text when my food was ready for pick up so my fried pickles ended up getting cold. As soon as I mentioned it, a chef came out to find out what happened. I explained & she hastily remade my order & even had them delivered to my seat in the theater. I appreciate that type of commitment to customer service.
Additionally, I'm pregnant so those reclining seats are a dream for kicking my feet up & laying back - giving my growing baby & crowded organs more room so I can actually relax & enjoy the movie.

Santikos Cibolo is one of the nicest and cleanest theaters we have been to and the staff is very helpful and friendly, thank you guys!!!
We always enjoy going to Santikos Theaters. We are loyal members and although we have visited other theater chains we remain loyal patrons for several reasons. Value, price, cleanliness and staff are for the most part what brings us back. We enjoy the reclining seats and the food is good. We appreciate the fact that we earn rewards for going to Santikos, an added value. We also like the fact that Santikos supports local charities.
