The staff at Santikos/Cibolo have great customer service. The environment is very pleasant. Restrooms are clean. TI like the rewards program because I am able to use my points at concession stand to get good deal on free food.

The team at this Santikos are always polite and helpful, sometimes even asking questions about the movie you're seeing which is nice. The overall cleanliness has been pretty good when I've visited, outside of areas you'd expect to be a little messy it's a really nice place.
