Santikos is my favorite movie theaters. I am literally there every week. If there was an unlimited viewing membership I would definitely get it. Anyways not the reason why I am messaging you. Is there away to get gut health friendly food options? Also I have to have water with me at all times do to gut issues. I find it ridiculous to pay regular or large cup prices or $6.00 for a 20oz and with no refills for the water. I can’t drink sodas or flavored drinks since it make me nauseous. If there was a surcharge of like $2-3 for using own liquid container I wouldn’t mind paying.
When go to Santikos its always a positive experience, the prices for military Mondays are awesome. I get to take my whole family and we have a great time. The seating is very comfortable and the concessions prices are very reasonable.

I showed up at the theater 5 minutes before my movie.But the tickets for another theater.The manager quickly refunded my money and got me tickets for the show at that theater. All within the 5 mins!

its been decent i do not like the no cash policy its rather irritating wanting to keep track of me that way, you already have the rewards card watching me
i do like the seats and the popcorn dispenser the popcorn always seems to be fresh and consistent...unlike other theaters that have similar set up and sucks or the one at live oak that has stale old tasting popcorn

Mr. Parker Garrott was willing to make things right and have us come back as a guest. For this, we are very grateful and excited to give santikos another try!
There were no kids and there was no talking during the movie.
I visited Santiko’s theater today and had hair in my popcorn. I reported the issue to the manager onsite and was given a refund. My concern is that the staff is required to wear a hair net or hat. What I observed was that staff wearing a hat has hair exposed/uncovered.
The manager told me that the popcorn is self serve. I asked, are you saying the customers could have placed hair on the popcorn dispense. May I ask if this is the case should there be a sign or some kind of communication to the customers letting them know that you may get hair in the popcorn from self serve dispense.
The hair was located half way in the large bucket of popcorn. I would not want anyone to have to experience this while enjoy a movie and popcorn.
Clean, nice seats in the theaters and we love the self-serving popcorn machine.
