Reliability--I can count on Fetch to respond to my request for services both long term and last minute. I can count on Fetch to be at my house when they say they will and I can absolutely count on them to take excellent care of my critters. I appreciate the detailed report following each visit and the pictures accompanying the report.

What do you like about our services?

I love the thorough job that is done from getting instructions for what needed to be done to the email follow ups. I love receiving the emails letting me know someone had been over and exactly what had been done. I also am so happy to have someone not only take care of the kitties but also my flowers, the mail, and check the house... It makes going out of town SO much less stressful!

What do you like about our services?

I love how caring and attached our pet sitter, jennifer, has gotten to our pets. She even visits just for fun and made sure to stay in touch when our boxer was diagnosed, and then later passed away from brain cancer. She goes above and beyond and we always feel very comfortable being away knowing our pets will be in such good hands!

Response time is very quick. The caregivers really seem to care about the pets.

Spoke with the client after speaking with our sitter. Sitter was last there 24 hours before the client arrived home and left plenty of food & water for the cats. She also scooped and cleaned the litter.

Let the client know that cats behave differently when Mom is away - they may gobble their food down quicker than usual. Apologize about the mess with the litter. Sometimes cats do make a mess when they use the litter.

What do you like about our services?

We looked for a long time for someone to care for our 13 year old basset hound when we go out of town. We wanted someone to stay in our own home where he is most comfortable. We discovered Fetch and they have the most caring and dependable staff. We have a regular sitter and the service she provides is outstanding. We can always go out of town and know our pet is being well taken care of. Thanks Fetch for the service you provide and Thanks Samantha for everything you do while we are away. You go above and beyond to make sure Clyde is comfortable and for that we are grateful.

We had a medical emergency with one of our pups while we were traveling this past holiday weekend. Suzy McDonnell was communicative, consulted us about our wishes and then invested a good 4-6 additional hours of her holiday weekend to ensure our pet received the care he required. We could not be more grateful for her genuine care and compassion of pup, as well as his humans. That is all over and above the usual great care she provides when we travel.
