Ease of booking and friendly carer!
Very convenient to have someone come to your home vs. taking our cat to a boarding facility. Reasonably priced and you can pay for the appropriate amount of attention for your pet vs. a standard routine/timing.

Victoria has been very caring and attentive. I appreciate that she takes her time with my cats and plays with them each visit, and sends me emails and pictures of the cats. I am also thankful that she takes care of the cats just like her own cats and provides what they need even if I either forgot to ask or did not expect they would need.
I like that if I call to schedule, that I can speak to a person or leave details for dates and times then I receive an email confirmation in at least 24 hours. It is easy to communicate with the Fetch employee because of multiple uses so calling and texting works. Exchange of the key and building fob is the only thing left to arrange.
