Not only were the feeding & litter box instructions followed perfectly (and neatly!), but my cat's calm & relaxed demeanor, upon my return, spoke volumes to me. She was already a nervous cat, so I was a bit concerned that she'd be stressed out. But I couldn't be happier or more impressed with how smoothly things went. The online form was detailed and easy to fill out. The response time was quick. Melissa took care of my pets and did a great job staying in touch with me which made me feel better about leaving my two dogs and one cat, and she even sent pictures. I will definitely use them again.
I like having the same sitter come to my house every time I travel, but with the ability to have a different sitter fill in at the last minute if my sitter becomes unavailable.

Kimberly is so sweet and caring with my dog, Elur. She sends me daily updates on how he's doing and gives me details on what she she did with him during her visit. It's so wonderful to be able to leave town and know that Elur is well-taken care of, and is having a great time with Kimberly!

Fetch has been very easy to use and has helped us out on short notice more than once. Dawn is the lady who took care of our pups for us when we needed help and she has been fantastic each time. She has been very thoughtful and considerate when taking care of our two Siberian Huskies. She understands their temperament and I really appreciated her leaving a note for when we got home to let us know how the dogs did that day. I trust her to do a good job with them when we can't be there. It makes any time we're away from home for long periods and can't get home to take the dogs out much easier. I know my dogs are in good hands and that means a lot to me.

Sharon was awesome. She sent us daily updates along with photos and videos. I think she may love our Emma even more than we do! She even watered our plants for us. It is nice to go away and have the peace of mind to relax and know our cat and home are very well taken care of.

It's quick to set up, even last minute in high travel days. My sitter was great, and my kitties did not seem traumatized from being left alone, because she went every day and was there to give them the human contact they needed. I really liked getting updates and pictures to my email, because I was concerned about their well being and it helped alleviate my fears. They seemed content when we came back. :)
My dog was so happy while I was gone because I had Amy and Barbara of Fetch come and take care of him.
They send pictures to show you what's going on!! Don't have to worry about my dog anymore while im gone!
