It's nice that the company as a whole seems to care about my pets, even if they haven't met them. Ms. Susan is so wonderful with our forever animals and super flexible when it comes to accommodating our foster dogs. She doesn't mind going for walks even when it's super humid outside and provides honest feedback at the end of the visit.
My favorite part is getting texts about my cats while I'm out of town. It puts my mind at ease to hear that they are okay each day.

My sitter kept me in the loop while I was away. She texted me when she arrived and sent me pictures of my dog to assure me that everything was ok. She left me a message in the morning to let me know that the overnight stay went well. She let me know when she was leaving and asked if I needed her to stay any additional time. I really liked the communication. It made my time away so much more enjoyable!

Easy to schedule, peace of mind about pets while on trips
Upon meeting Jillian for the first time, she asked a lot of questions about our dogs routines and made sure to make notes about them. In this way, our dogs were able to get care that was not out of their normal schedule, which was great. When we returned from our trip, our doggies looked like they had been well cared for.
