1) The care is exemplary. My dog is skittish and our Fetch carer, Amy Embach, took
a lot of time and made the effort to get to know him. It was important to her that
he be comfortable mentally, not just physically. It's one thing to keep a pet alive and
unharmed, but it's another to make him feel secure and provide cuddles and play time.
2) There is good communication. I never had to worry that my pup was having any issues.
Amy texted and provided pictures. Also they leave a detailed written record of each
visit.
3) You can never tell that anyone was in the house at all, and I never have to worry about
my belongings.

Reliable service
Ingrid is very reliable and sends me a note every day while I'm away to let me know my cats are doing okay. She's also been successful with getting my cat to take his medicine, which is not easy since he's very skittish around people. It shows he trusts her, which is quite an accomplishment after only a few times watching them.

I really appreciate the pictures and emails from the daily visits. They show that the cats are doing well and how the Fetch! staff care about checking up on the animals. When I am away, it's very reassuring to hear how each cat is doing.
Fetch is always very responsive to my requests for service to care for my senior cat. They communicate their policies and information about scheduling and payment very clearly and regularly. Of course, the main thing is that the people who actually care for my cat are fantastic. Val and Jenny care for Ms P as if she was their own cat. They feed her, brush her, pet her, play with her, keep an eye out for any health issues, and clean her litter as a general routine. They also check on a water some of our plants and slso ensure that the area where the cat hangs out is kept clean. I receive a photo and update by email or text every several days plus a witten diary upon my return. I have been using FETCH for several years on a regular basis and couldn't be happier with the service.

Our dog saffron just completed Eye surgery , which her eye I was removed we were very concerned since we needed to go away and did not have anyone to care for her and are other dog.
Paul and his wife from Fetch Pet Care Open their doors for our dogs and we felt very comfortable about leaving them there .

We love the daily texts letting us know our furry kids are all doing well. It's easy for us too. No taking them somewhere and picking them up. Just walk out the door and know they are going to be just fine while we are gone. We have been using Fetch for about 9 or 10 years and can't imagine doing anything else. We started with 2 dogs and now have 5 that are cared for.
