I felt comfortable that the caretaker was knowledgeable about animals, and watchful for any health issues while I was away. My directions were followed, which is rare today as often people feel they know better than "my way". My caretaker went above the call of duty and brought in an unexpected package on my porch. I was very happy with my cat caretaker, Mimi! She took great care of my kitties & sent me pictures of them daily while I was away! My cats are so very important to me & I wanted them to be well taken care of. I would definitely use this service again & recommend it to others! My cats will want Mimi again, of course. ☺

I have used the same sitter (Therese) for my 2 cats through Fetch twice now and I love her. She is always reliable and leaves me nice updates for when I get home from vacation. She even remembered us from last year. :) The company makes things very easy and does a detailed home visit before you leave so that the sitter knows exactly what to do, very reassuring!
