The service is awesome! Our two cats took to Lynn as if they had known her forever. We received texts and pictures daily . How wonderful it is to be able to go out of town and not worry about your pets. Lynn even brought our trash cans and mail in. My home was in the exact order we left it. Our pet sitter First name removed James is wonderful. Always accommodating and our kitties love her. She always arranged everything for us with fetch so we just have to text her with the dates that we need her. It's perfect, convenient and great having the same person that's familiar to or cats each time she comes.

She made us aware of what was going on and worked with our in-town contacts to coordinate her care. Lisa sent us daily updates and photos and we really appreciated that too. In the 12 years I've had my dog, Stella, I've never before needed a dog walker because she went everywhere with me. Now that she's getting older, it's obvious she's sometimes happier sleeping at home that off on adventures with me. Finding Fetch was a blessing for us both, and the whole experience has been a breeze from start to finish. Jesslyn won both of our hearts during the consultation, and her professionalism made it easy to trust her immediately. She asked all the right questions and took detailed notes and she even went on a walk with us to get to know Stella better. I didn't worry once the day I was off hiking, and when I returned there was a report card so that I knew all of the details of the visit. Fetch covered all of the bases and then some, and for such a competitive price I am blown away at the quality of service they provide. It's not easy to trust someone with my baby and I am so happy to have found Fetch and Jesslyn. I highly recommend them both!
