Heather was absolutely amazing. She asked plenty of questions before my trip to ensure my kitty had the best care and a that it would be a minimal disruption to his routine. She sent photos and updates which helped ease my mind while I was away. When I returned, my cat's attitude was as if I had been gone for a couple days instead of a whole week! He was extremely happy, didn't lose weight while I was gone and was even brushed. I'll be using Fetch again and specifically asking for Heather. (It's also interesting to see for a cat that prefers men over women, that clearly there is something special about Heather to have him be so happy.)

Your office is amazing! Warm, friendly and incredibly efficient. I have a very difficult schedule that fluctuates constantly and I have last minute requests. I am sure I drive the office crazy, but you would never know and they are always kind and solutions oriented. Hannah, our sitter goes out of her way to entertain Bebo and sends amazing videos! She also works without complaint and is even willing to stay weekends when we travel. I know Bebo is well taken care of with Hannah!
Fetch was an absolute lifesaver for me and my dogs. I switched jobs which took me an hour away from home and left my dogs at home for over 8 hours by themselves. I contacted fetch and they found me someone fast and she was excellent! I dont trust many people with my dogs but they made it easy. They always get back to you in a timely manner and we even for pictures and texts after visits. I would highly recommend fetch to anyone who has been contemplating a pet sitter for their animals. They are awesome!
