Allison did a truly wonderful job taking care of our cat. We appreciate Fetch's finding such good sitters for our pet, who can be difficult with strangers. We love our cat and feel reassured that he is receiving the best care available when we are out of town.
The service was very professional with personal touches. I felt like the provider understood my needs while away and responded to those requests. We got timely and personal updates every day. Our cats were happy but not desperate when we got home, their bowls were clean, and the house smelled fresh. I couldn't be happier with Fresh!
Your communication since the moment I submitted interest in your services was incredible. I immediately received a very friendly phone call and a couple of emails with helpful information to get me started. Once a sitter was assigned to me, he called within the hour to set up our consultation. Throughout the time we were away, our sitter David sent regular texts and pictures of our cats to assure us that they were doing very well. It was the most comfortable I've felt while traveling, knowing our cats were being very well taken care of.

I love that the service is local amd so easy to coordinate with! My favorite thing, though, has to be the email / text updates. I can't help but worry a little bit each time we go away, but, by the first or second night I am completely relaxed! Hearing how those first few interactions went makes a world of difference as I know my cats are getting the best care. I also like that we have been able to work with the same Fetch member each time we are away - that really gives us peace of mind, too!

Not only do you do a wonderful and reliable job of looking after our beloved pets while we're away, your communication is also responsive and excellent. I could never imagine leaving our cats in a "pet hotel" when we can come home and find them so happy and healthy.
We were out of town for a week and Rachel Mosman walked our dog Toby three times a day. She was amazing! She sent us updates and photos every day. I was able to relax at the beach and not worry about Toby -- he was in great hands. Rachel will 100% be our dog sitter/walker every time we go out of town.
