I would recommend your service -- and plan to use you guys again in a couple of weeks -- but I would like to have someone other than Kelly care for my animals -- perhaps, someone a bit more mature and experienced.
My pets were safe and healthy upon my return, but I did have a few minor issues with Kelly:
I did not get daily emails and I had to contact her (via email) first on several occasions before I heard from her. She said she "had the wrong email address - haha"
She notified me that she was leaving Friday morning...When I contacted her to remind her that she was scheduled to stay until Saturday, not Friday, her response was another 'Oops, my mixup...haha' Neither of these did much to instill confidence in her.
She did comb the cat as I requested but a huge clump of hair was left in the comb....???
The kitchen counters where covered with pet food scraps and footprints from the cat.
Cindy was readily available at a moment's notice. I am confident that my pets are being well cared for when I am away.
Fetch is really excellent at communication, especially compared to other companies I contacted. I heard back not long after submitting my first cat sitting request, and Jody, our cat sitter, was quick to respond, very nice, and just came off as very responsible.
Professional. Gary was very responsive to texts. Great job.
It is comforting to know that my cats are taken care of while I am gone. And as an added perk they are not mad at me when I get home!

We had Stephanie Lockhart sitting our cats and she contacted us everyday to let us know how they were! She went above and beyond our expectations.

Our sitter was very professional and performed all of the taskts that we needed. She also left us notes describing what she did as well as answered text messages from us. For this particular time using the services, I contacted Fetch on short notice and they were able to respond quickly and arrange to have a sitter come by. This allowed us to take a spontaneous weekend trip without having to worry about our cats.

My dog sitter was so great. She sent me texts keeping me posted about my 2 dogs. I never did anything like this before. It was a great experience for me as well as my dogs! I will use Fetch again and hopefully my sitter Pam will be available.
It was very easy to establish service, the person taking care of my pet was friendly and caring and very communicative with me during my trip, and I am completely comfortable with how well my pet was taken care of while I was gone.

My first experience using Fetch! Pet Care was great! I have never used a pet service before. I have a very sweet, energetic 7 yr old lab named Izzy and I needed someone to check in on her last weekend while I was out of town. I went to Fetch's website and filled out the questionnaire online and received a phone call the very next morning to walk through the services available. I received an email a few days letter informing me Lynn was assigned to Izzy. Lynn came over so she could meet my pup and walk through everything. She was super responsive and checked in with me after each visit. I had to make some last minute changes to the visiting schedule and both Lynn and Fetch were very accommodating. I received an email confirming the changes. I felt Izzy was in good hands and she was safe. I plan on using Fetch in the near future and would certainly recommend to friends!
