Easy to schedule and respond to questions about my pet and his personality. So nice that I had an in-home consult with the dog walker and we even took him on a brief walk together. Whole process was ideal. Employee is lovely and my dog loved her. His walks were even longer than we had discussed so he was a happy boy!
My pet sitter Kate is wonderful. I have never used a service before. I am happy to find a service where I can have a consistent sitter each time. Other services I spoke to did not offer this.

You're flexible and willing to work for the needs of the customer! You provide above and beyond of what is "required"--ensuring that there's water in the dog bowl, doors locked and an outside light is on when leaving. And the daily email/pictures are something that I look forward. I can focus at work when I know my pup will be cared for during the day.
