Katy does a great job looking after Gremlin. She's always punctual and sends me very detailed 'status reports' on how she finds him to be and how her visit goes. It is obvious that she is devoted to the pets she cares for.

Follow up was great, always on top of phone calls and emails, made sure you stayed on point with my wishes. I have used Fetch twice now, and I must say, the quality of the individuals have been outstanding. Lisa L stayed in touch, took photos and gave me updates so I felt comfortable with her caring for the four legged children. The extra touches are very important as is their (Fetch) listening skills and my personal sitter took notes to ensure she knew exactly what she was to do and how high she was to jump when it came time for treats! LOL

Our travel plans had been made a while back and getting our two dogs into a situation worry free was a big concern for us as we were headed to Irelsnd for the first time.
