Love the attention the sitters give in finding all three of our kitties and reporting where and how they were doing. Never once came home to a full litter box or a full 'dirty litter container'. Also, we get texts on a daily basis when they leave so we know when our sitter came, but more importantly, how our kitties were doing when he/she came.
I enjoy hearing from Tammra after her walk with Gracie! She describes Gracie's mood and how she enjoyed her walk! I can always count on Tammra

I feel that my " sitter " is a perfect fit. I have to guess that someone wise read my request, saw my needs, and found the perfect match. She knew I was worried about one of my cats, who had recently been very ill, and I received reports at least once a day. That made me feel so much better; I was able to relax and enjoy myself. Directions were followed, my house was as clean as the day I left (cleaner, probably!), and I recently re-booked without hesitation. Actually, it was the first thing I did. Making sure she was available was key. Once I knew she was, I proceeded to make my plans.
From the first time we contacted Fetch to care for our pets (almost two years ago), we have been very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of care they have received. Fast and reliable. The turn around was quick to fill my dog walker request. The dog walker was punctual and on time every day to take my girl for a walk. I would highly recommend Fetch to anybody.

Our sitter (Dawn Wolf) is amazing. She is very responsive and takes great care of our high-maintenance diabetic cat. I love the ease of arranging reservations. Perhaps most important to me is always having the same sitter, especially since our cat has a lot of health issues and we have really grown to trust Dawn with him (and it would take a lot of time to build that trust and to teach someone new each time if we didn't always have the same sitter). I also really like that it is very easy to communicate with our sitter directly and that we do not have to go through Fetch to check her availability or check in with her when we are away.
My cats were well taken care of and I was communicated with the entire time.
It was my 1st time using them but all went very well.
