At first, it was the friendliness, responsiveness and willingness to work with my requests in finding the ideal boarding/ daycare/ playmate situation for my dog and making sure everything was super easy for me. Pretty cool, I thought.
Later I became further impressed with how responsible, laid back and dog-loving my sitter was. Actually, it was more than that. I felt like my dog was treated like her own. Through the text and picture updates, I could see my dog having so much fun. It seemed like she was on a fabulous vacation too.

I like that when I needed a dog care giver Fetch was there to help out with my favorite dog sitter Kathleen who knows our dog so well as Lacey our dog has paw cancer. It eased my mind to know Kathleen was able to give great care to Lacey.
I liked that I could pay and tip via credit card so that i didn't have to have cash on hand. I liked that my petsitter sent me some photos of my cats while we were away and she left me a nice note with an update for when we returned.
There were multiple aspects that made Fetch a great choice for our pet sitting needs. First, Kady did a STELLAR job taking care of our many pets and keeping us updated. She even did our dishes, what?! The process to book was smooth and easy. The consultation was helpful too.

I love Fetch. My dog walker,Mimi, is phenomenal. She puts up with my dog who is high maintenance and a brat. Ok, my dog is a jerk and hates any other animal or any other person than me. She is very flexible with adding additional times to the regular schedule and she does a great job with Yaz. I trust her implicitly with my dog and I know that she will be well taken care of when I travel. I also love that they bill my credit card directly and they just let me know the total before they bill. I will not move just so that I can have this service and the same dog walker.
My pet sitter Pam is amazing! She's caring, compassionate, and trustworthy when dealing with my dog Hodor. I can count on her to visit with him when she's scheduled to. He truly enjoys her visits too.
