The pre-care interview, the loving care given by Fetch, the immediate response to feedback, the reports and photos from every visit, the availability, the fair prices, etc., etc., etc.!
We never have qualms about leaving our 2 large dogs and 1 cat since we started using Fetch!

They're great--totally reliable & our dog always seems very happy when we return home. We've never had an issue. Our walker always leaves us a note about walk, etc. which I really like!

It was convenient and easy to set up. Our sitter had great experiences with animals. Our dog got to stay home and walked around the neighborhood he knows. Our sitter even was accessible by text so I could check on how things were going at home.

I thought my pet care provider for my last trip did a great job under very difficult circumstances. With the sick cat who continually had accidents, she did a nice job.

Wonderful care-giver; my cats love her, and she is always observant about how they are eating and acting. Extremely reliable - hasn't missed a visit in years, and very flexible about adding dates as I need them at the last minute. This is a top-notch service.
