We have two rescues who suffer from post traumatic stress. We can't put them into a kennel or to stay at someone else's house. It is so important that we lessen the ordeal for them by leaving them in their own home, with as much of their own routine as possible.
Also, these dogs are fearful and I worry that with the wrong carer, they will act out. It is so important that they can stay in their own home and that Fetch provides them with a caring, understanding human who will not rush them or feel snubbed if it takes them a while to 'warm up.' It is important to me that not only are the dog looked after but that Fetch is sending a personal who is experienced with these fearful critters so that I don't have to worry about dogs or human while I am gone.
Responsible, reliable, caring and takes a huge load off my back so I can enjoy vacation. Thanks to all Fetch and crew!

Our cat sitter willingly performed all the duties we requested, including sending us daily updates about our (very shy) Siamese cat. We returned home to a clean house that did not smell of used kitty litter - what a pleasure!

Kathy is the greatest! My cats love her, and she takes the best care of them. She's even able to give medication to the oldest one, and he's not easy to pill. I enjoy vacations much more knowing I don't have to worry about anything at home, I can rely on Kathy to deal with any problems that come up.

I like that we get to develop a personal relationship with our regular caregiver, but know we have other company resources available in the event there may be a conflict.
Our caregiver, Dianna, is so sweet to our animals. Even if she's just walking the dogs, she takes time to acknowledge the cats - we can tell she truly loves the animals and cares greatly about them.
The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.
