Reasonably priced, flexible scheduling
Fetch has great people working for them. We really like our cat sitter - he is very good about communicating and accommodating with last minute changes. The billing staff is responsive and adjusting our bills when we change our schedule.
Nice to be able to schedule online. Colleen is terrific and loving to our pup!

Andrea did a fantastic job taking care of Barker over the holiday! She sent me photos and a short diary after every walk. That's really sweet of her!! I can see barker has found a good friend when I am gone.
We really enjoyed having Brianna stay with Tally and getting pictures and videos that she send during their playtimes. Thanks for taking such great care of our girl and helping us to rest easy while away!
Bill came to the house on time. Showed interest in me and my pet in order to learn our system. Communicated by text. Did some extras (shoveled walkways for safety) without being asked.

Everything was easy to set up, and I really liked the daily logbook emails with notes and photos. My sitter did a great job - my bunny seemed happy and healthy (and had plenty of food, water, and bedding) when I got home.
How wonderful our care giver is! Trusting and loving, we are certain our boy is cared for while gone.

The booking process is very easy and always available even with a very short notice. The service is very reliable too. Edward follows all my directions and updates me daily. I know my cat is safe and well taken care for when I'm away.

Good email communication.
We have used Fetch Pet Care for the past 4 years with no complaints. They are efficient and affordable. The pet sitters do a great job and always send photos of our fur kiddos to reassure us that they are doing well. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Clara is a class act. She's so reliable. My only fear is that my cat likes her more than me.
