The service is very easy to set up. I've found the company very responsive to requests for service and easy to do on late notice (which is great for me as I'm always doing the requests last minute!).
The "app" which provides the map, time, and location of the visits as well as consistently lets you know when the visit has happened is very helpful.

The communication each time from the caregiver as well as the consultation before hand. Very convenient. **The only thing I do not like is the key return policy. A service charge to bring it back seems extreme and I don't necessarily like anyone keeping my key even if I am using them again. Plus if they aren't available then I have to give it out to someone else.

It was easy to find a service in my area on-line. It was easy to fill out the questionaire. They matched me with a local provider. She set up a time to come and meet with me and my pet. I didn't worry while on vacation because she sent regular text messages on how he was doing. I loved everything about this service and would recommend it to everyone!
I loved the peace of mind from receiving the GPS location, photos and a note from each daily visit. Our sitter was very friendly, professional and great with our cats.

Because Dawn was out of town, Stephen was our cat-sitter for several days. When he came over to meet our two cats, he was social, funny, and very interested in the cats. He gave us updates on how things were going when we were away and took great care of Scout and Lily!
