We contacted Fetch! Pet Care back in Oct 2016 because we had a plan to travel abroad during Christmas. They quickly responded and found Jane as our cat sitter. We'd like her to come twice per day to take care of our 3 cats. Jane visited us before we left. Because one of the cats needed special diets, he must eat his own food. Jane carefully took notes and told us everything would be fine. This is the first time that we leave the cats behind and travel as a family. So I was a little bit worried. Everything turned out fine! Jane also sent us cats' pictures while we were away. I'm very satisfied with Jane and Fetch! Pet Care Company and I highly recommend their service.
How easy it is to book! Very reliable
Fetch! was a complete life saver. We had a last minute trip planned and was able to get a sitter for our cat despite the short notice. Our sitter Athena, was a delight to work with. She was an effective communicator and sent over daily updates which helped put our mind at ease. When we returned from vacation our cat was relaxed and not anxious at all. She had been well looked after in our absence. It was such a relief to be able to trust someone with the keys to our house and leave the country worry and stress free. We look forward to using Fetch! again in the near future.
