I like about everything. I feel that Fetch people care about my pet. They send pix of my cat eating and out and about. Also so litterbox cleaned. I'm impressed with everyone. They are quick to respond to any questions. They are the next best thing to me being here.

Betsy and Gabby were so wonderful and caring of Greta when we left her for the first time since adopting her for a few days. They did a thoughtful initial meet and greet and asked thoughtful questions. We have been working on Greta’s reactivity and they continued her training while we were away so she didn’t miss a beat. Greta ended up unexpectedly getting sick while we were away and Betsy and Gabby were in regular communication on how she was doing and adjusted their schedules to make sure she was checked in on and cared for more time than initially anticipated - even staying overnight to make sure Greta didn’t get even more sick. They cleaned up her messes to make sure we didn’t come home to a mess. They were the ultimate professionals and thoughtful sitters even when everything went awry and our pup got sick. They want to work with us to make sure we find the most optimal schedule going forward. I highly recommend Betsy and the Fetch team and trust them with our pup.

The team is great! Anytime I need to change our services Janice and Melissa are so willing. I know our pups are always in the best care.

I had a great experience with Fetch while I was out of town for a few days. Kathy came by once daily to feed and check in on my cat. I really loved getting the daily journals to hear how my cat was doing each day, plus some photos. I felt confident knowing that he was being looked after by someone who loves animals and had experience as a vet tech. The registration process with Fetch was easy, as was setting up automatic invoice payments. I plan to use Fetch the next time I'm out of town and need a reliable pet sitter.

I really felt that Kiki went above and beyond for my recent series of service. I loved the detailed photos and written updates, which is so important when I cant be there to picture the scene myself and reduces my anxiety. She demonstrated so much care for my pet and also home and I felt her detail to attention was incredible. I am very grateful to Kiki and the time and effort she gave.
