What do we love about Fetch? Everything. Every time we needed a sitter for our two little kitties Fetch came through. There is nothing like peace of mind when taking a trip and knowing that your animals are being fed, played with, and photographed. Need help with the website -- they are there to help. We will continue to use Fetch in the future as needed.

I like the personal service for the owners and pets. However, management needs to understand that it’s not okay to change a sitter mid stream because of the demand from another client. Consistency for the pet and the owner should be adhered to
Great customer service. Response time is excellent when communicating about any matter; along with dog walkers have been very caring for our pet.
I always love the photos my cat-sitter sends when I’m out of town, it helps me know my cats are well-cared for and having fun. I can rest easier on vacation knowing my cats are with someone who gives them lots of attention and makes sure all their needs are met.
The pet sitters are very nice, are on time, text me when done & report how things went. They truly care about my dogs. I always feel comfortable knowing they’re going to be there when I’m away.

Tom and Marie Clare are the best sitters I could ask for. My dog is still a young puppy and is very active. His social skills need a lot of improvement, but Tom and Marie Claire did a great job of taking care of him.

Professional, Timely service
Monica looked after lion so well! Customer service was great, very responsive. The app was harder to use and the only downside of the experience. But once you get used to it, it’s okay. Just not super intuitive
Kim always goes above and beyond for my senior border collie, and takes care of the mail and trash while I’m away. Tux loves her and their visits!

Fetch! Pet Care was everything we were looking for in a cat sitting service.
Laura was fantastic while we were gone for 18 days this May. We have absolutely no issues with the portal, the schedule or the service. One of our cats took a while to warm up, but that had nothing to do with Laura or Fetch! He is just cranky.
When we came home, everything was as it should be and the cats were well taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. And we look forward to booking their services again soon.
