I had Caroline as my stylist. She did an excellent job listening to what I wanted and paying close attention to detail. When she washed my hair, she didn’t rush anything and did an excellent job making me feel relaxed. Again, paying close attention to her trade and doing a great job. She was very personable and easy to communicate with. I would recommend Caroline as the stylist to go to.

Online app is awesome now. Always get a good haircut and I love the warm towel during the shampoo. I wish the warm towel replay was available all the time because I would do it every time.
Friendly staff and I love the MVP treatment. This time Kelly cut my hair. Just wow and glad I am getting a chance to let her know. My best haircut of the year. I enjoyed the conversation with her and she took her time to get my hair perfectly cut and washed. I think she is a rare find and I will try to reserve her time whenever I can. I am not sure how long someone like her will stay though. For now, I am hoping a long time.
Kelly is making up for your long wait times though. Otherwise, I would give this place a lower score. Amazingly long wait times but the App check-in helps a lot. Although even when I use it, the times are still off by another 20 minutes. Great Clips is much better at getting me in when the app says my time is.
