Online appointment booking through the App is great. Only call out is I really wish they would allow my whole family of to book. Me + 2 is the most the app will allow. Me + 3 would cover all of the kids. Ideally you can keep track of reservation to actually showing up ratios and reward people that do it well with additional booking options.
