I would have given a 10.I have been going to Julie in Fort myers for 10 years .Both last year and this year I received a coupon on my birthday for a free MVP haircut only to be told that this store does not honor it because of a change in management.I don't appreciate this..This was a national app on birthday freebies.If you're not going to honor this then you should withdraw your promotion on the app

The staff @ the local Ft Myers store are always friendly and provide an excellent haircut and the upgrade to an MVP is always appreciated. Yesterday my visit was with SUSAN-13 and she was extremely pleasant and made my day.
