I've been coming to this location for 4 years and Max Martinez has always cut my hair. Over the last 4 years we've developed a great friendship and I never thought I'd have my own "barber", but that's what he is to me. Max has always done exceptionally good work. Over the past 4 years I've come to him with dozens of different ideas and everytime I do he makes the visions I have reality. I've sent many friends his way who were looking for barbers and it's a fact that none of them have ever been let down by his work. But more than that, Max represents what I think any worker should for their company and that's passion. Today is the day before I graduate and I texted him to see when he worked to see if I could grab a fresh cut before the big day. He got off 30 minutes after I was also getting off work, so I figured I wouldn't make it and just told him it was no big and that I would catch him another time. He then told me to come anyways and he stayed over an hour after he was supposed to leave to give me one of the best haircuts I've ever got. While I could tell he was definitely tired, he continued to not only cut my hair but also joyfully greet people as they came in, always making sure they were being taken care of. Max is truly an asset to your company. I always value my visit to this location not only for the haircut, but also for the real genuine conversations I know I'll have too with someone who's become more than just a barber to me. I could get my haircut a lot of other places more conveniently or cheaper, but I will never choose so as long as this is where Max is. You all have a fantastic catch in him.
