You are always welcomed/greeted as you enter the salon...always friendly staff/shake your hands, look you in the eyes...clean, organized atmosphere...stadium seats in waiting area aren't very comfortable...variety of hair cut, shampoo, towel, massage services are a plus...new computer check in /check out is a plus...will take everyone getting use to...excellent location.
