If you guys could fix the remote reservation system- I reserved an immediate reservation over my computer with Cheryl only to find that she was working on a customer and my line up reservation didn't register for her?
It would also be helpful if we had an ability to notify the cutter on an immediate availability status that the customer is coming from work/ home and it will take 10- 15 minutes and to avoid getting kicked out of the line up.
