I like my stylist Kara. I cannot stand your IT system, both the app and website were not allowing me to sign in, change password, or sign in as a guest last Sunday. so I had to go in and wait almost an hour due to this. while I was there another frustrated customer called in and they put him in the queue. I will do that next time. Kara did offer me a complimentary extra towel but I declined since two others were waiting long for her service as well. she took the MVP charge off my bill. I will be back because I like the way she does my hair. I tried a few different stylists before I landed on Kara.
Employees are always pleasant and listen to your requests. They also make sure thst you are satisfied with their work.

The products are nothing different than I can purchase anywhere else for less money. The MVP program is unique to your company. Above that is the hairstylist Callie (Naples Fl). She is the reason I continue to go to Sport Clips. The MVP program is additional benefit, but not the primary reason I chose Sport Clips.
