Generally easy but phone app was frustrating and even when updating password it would not let me in right away.

Quick, professional, friendly and competent.
All the stylists are very friendly, listen to what the client would like and often provide suggestions. They are very patient with my pre teen son who likes to change it all the time. I am also involved in the process and the stylists talk to my son during the visit. I don’t take my son anywhere else and love sports clips!

Very nice haircut
The only little negative was the lack of staff. There were 2 people cutting hair, with 4 people waiting and one to the hair cutters went on break. I was not impressed with that.
Lisa gave me an awesome haircut and a great MVP experience. 👍
