The location on Gulf to Bay in Clearwater FL has had its ups and downs. But the past couple years he staff has been consistently great! They are super friendly to everyone even little toddlers. This location is the best in the area by far. I hope franchise ownership show their appreciation to these hard workers.

The quality of the products on my hair that were used and the services are amazing just wish the hot towel stayed on my face longer. Also instead of shoulder massages it needs to be all about the hair,scalp and head when customers get the mvp service I think 10 min scalp massages would be a much better service that should massages in my opinion.
