The care given with time taken to produce a well balanced cut. Scissors could have been sharpened though as it felt like they "pulled" the hair instead of a clean cut.

Cheryl is the best. Always a great cut plus a wonderful person with a happy disposition. They could use more staff as people appear to be impatiently waiting. I appreciate the online appointment option as I am a working professional in the area and usually try to get my haircut around lunchtime.
