Very clean environment for the dogs and customers. Professional staff. The dogs are happy. The dogs are kennel disciplined when they misbehave. My dog is good and tired when I pick him up.
The staff is always super nice! Even when I wait outside the door before 6:30am due to my work schedule haha. They remember my dog and greet him with love and a smile every time. I love the facility and the outdoor area. My dog always has so much fun and I love watching him on all of the cameras.

I like that there is grooming readily available. The staff does a great job with my dog, but seems to be a high turnover? I like knowing people who know my dog, are the one caring for her while I'm at work.
I never worry about my dog when he’s there. I know he’s having fun playing with the other dogs, and he’s not stressed or scared because he’s stuck in a kennel the whole time. I also appreciate that the staff is starting to get to know Koda and how to care for him. The girl who checked us in on Saturday, August 29th knew right away that he had a bag of food for dinner and one for breakfast. That makes a big difference to me.

Very accommodating for any type of dog. Mine has some separation anxiety and they were willing to work with me on improving it with treats and other ideas. Especially during drop off! They are super friendly and answer any questions you have.

My dog loves doing to day care. The people who work up front are always nice and helpful. I love the app - being able to let them know when my dog is coming. And I love checking in on my dog with the webcams.
The app isn't working right now and I hope that gets fixed soon.
