My Rough Collie, Quinn, has been a regular at Dogtopia for a couple years now. He's always eager to get into his gym and is such a happy camper when I pick him up. I can check up on him anytime with the webcams but it's for enjoyment only. The folks at the West Maple DT are great. They love Quinn and make sure he's always happy and safe. I can't think of anywhere I'd rather take him. His groomer, Shelby, always makes sure he looks stunningly handsome! I hear horror stories from other Rough Collie owners who've had traumatic grooming experiences. Shelby knows how a rough collie should be groomed!

Super friendly staff at every touch point: phone, email, front desk, groomers, etc. They make you feel welcome the moment you step inside and show genuine care and affection for your 4-legged friend.
I think that everyone does a great job. I take my Lab Gringo there every weekend and sometimes during the week. He loves playing with the other dogs and is thoroughly exhausted (good thing) when I pick him up. I also need to thank Autumn for the outstanding customer service she provides along with staff behind the scenes who watch over our precious dogs. They are outstanding and a compliment to your company.

The boarding service is great! My mom’s dog was well taken care of and the staff is friendly and caring.
The staff!!! They are so friendly and they treat the dogs like their own. You can tell that they really love working there and it’s nice to know our dog is in great care.
I've enjoyed going to NW Dogtopia. Merriam (sp?) does a great job with my dog Winifred. I can tell that Winifred enjoys seeing her as well. I just started trying out day care and after a bit, Winifred seemed to settle in. My only issue was she was in the toy box room last time and for some reason that was the only web cam that wouldn't load for me. However, it was pretty clear that Fred had a great time because she came home and went right down for nap time. Thanks!

One thing that is frustrating me is when I purchased my daycare days I could use them at the other Dogtopia facilities in Omaha, but have since been told that I cannot transfer them. I have moved further away from the original Dogtopia and have one that I pass on my way to work that I can no longer transfer to. Just frustrating when I have to go out of my way in the morning when I'm driving right past one.
All the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They know my dog by name and personality. Even when our Dogtopia location is very busy at times, they are patient and caring.
My dog LOVES Dogtopia and when I say “dog park” he’s so happy. He would live there if he could! I deeply appreciate the military discount for services as a retired member of our armed forces. I can go to work with no concerns for the care and activity of my dog all day long, which is a great relief and lowers my daily stress. Worth every single penny!!
Libby cuts my dog beautifully! The first time she was pretty spot on with what we wanted. The 2nd time she absolutely nailed it! I’d never have anyone else cut her if we ever got that lucky.

Our dog, Captain, is excited to visit his friends when I drop him off for daycare. He comes home tired so I know he’s been active. The staff that I interact with know him as he comes in even though he doesn’t come regularly. Great place!

Daycare has done wonders for Bailey. It's helped to socialize her, reducing her anxiety and helping her to be more at ease with new situations and meeting new people.

Staff is friendly and knows my dog by name as soon as he walks in the door. When we pull up, he starts wagging his tail automatically and wants to run right in to play with his fur friends. I like that I can check in on the wen came throughout the day. Thanks for all you guys do!
