This studio is fantastic! I especially loved our instructor, Alice. The rhythm of the class is perfect — the movements are fun yet challenging, and the music keeps you energized the whole time. There isn't a dull moment. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a great workout and an overall enjoyable experience with an experienced and passionate instructor.

Excellent facility. First-rate instructors and a wide range of classes throughout the day make this a worthwhile studio for membership. From beginner to experienced, it's clear that the instructors can teach to (practice with) a varied range of students as the classes include modifications and clear instructions.

Teachers are first-rate (strong, clear and engaged in the practice). Very good schedule with a large variety of classes throughout the day (and different audiences at different times). Well-suited to strong practitioners.

Mary M. was the sweetest - she held the space really well and was so positive, I could hear her smiling! The vibes were great, the class was challenging, and I felt amazing afterwards. Loved it!
