Employees speak and understand English, which makes for fewer nasty surprises when the haircut is finished. They do pretty much what you ask them to do.
The store was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Was great to have espn playing right in front of the chair and the freedom to watch without the pressure to make conversation. Steam towel and scalp massage were very nice and haircut was top notch. A real place geared toward men's interests, comfort and satisfaction. Also great marketing tools like home run coupon and MVP for price of haircut on first visit.

The service and friendly people. The one thing I didn't like was that I took my 2 year old to get a cut and they said that no cartoons were allow even though there was just one other customer at the time watching a different tv.
