I always have a great experience. Madison has been cutting my hair for 4 years now and she is a valuable asset to the company. She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Your company is very lucky to have such an employee that takes care of their clients. She definitely deserves a raise!
The online check in is nice. Seeing the waiting list online is good, since it allows one to take care of nearby errands and still remain in line.
