It's been great every time. It would be nice though to be able to set an appointment, especially when a certain stylist is concerned. I have multiple cowlicks and not everyone is skilled enough to do it properly so it looks nice. When I find someone, I m going to be loyal. But I do understand how, for example, no shows can affect everyone. Thanks
