The studio is clean and welcoming. Instructors are knowledgeable, prepared and personable. Only thing, there's quite a bit of schedule changes that may need the members attention as it sometimes varies from week to week in class offerings, times and instructors.
I love the new instructor Christine. I love how her yoga sculpt practice is predictable and that every song is in sync with a new target (core, cardio, squats etc). I appreciate that her playlist has new recent music on it and not older music. As always, I love the friendly, clean environment.

The studio is clean, the heat is great, especially the instructors are awesome ! Plus, there are classes in the late evening!!!
Wonderful teacher. Room gets wonderfully hot. Tricky to find bc shopping center but easy parking once you do! Shower area is cozy but 7:30am, wasn’t crowded.

The studio is welcoming and clean. Culture and instructors are wonderful. Perhaps, the frequent scheduling changes might be a consideration to focus on. Many times members are not communicated to and able to provide input.
