I like how the classes can be suited for beginners to experienced people. I appreciate the modifications for all levels. The guided exercises and poses are always thorough and helpful. I don’t feel too lost being a beginner. I love how much I sweat and how good I feel afterwards!

My regular studio was having a teacher training so classes were cancelled for that day. I had an errand to run out in Kapolei and figured I would check out that studio. I’m so glad I did. It was a small class but Jenn was fantastic and was able to sense what we were capable of doing and even trying. It was lovely. I probably won’t go to that studio often since it’s really far away, but if I’m out there doing an errand, I’ll definitely join a class.

I used to practice at CPY all the time, but hadn’t gone in years due to moving and health issues. My first class back was with Laura Ra at Kapolei and it was amazing. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable! The class was great and I am going to continue to go to classes at this studio.

Many of the instructors are fantastic, especially Athena, Lauren, Mareen, and Gino.

The instructors really care and they're always open to feedback..also I like that parking is very easy and the studio is very clean and neat. The classes are not too crowded which has been really good for my comfort during the pandemic. Studio manager Raph is AWESOME.

The staff is professional and friendly. Facilities are safe and clean. Lot's of class variety to include special sessions on an ongoing basis. Hat's off!!!

Great teacher

I have really enjoyed my time at the Kapolei studio. Laura's sculpt classes are really good. She's very motivating and good at giving modifications. Marie is also really great.

I enjoy the awesome instructors that motivate me during sculpt classes. The instructors I’ve had seem to have a genuine interests in getting to know you. It feels great to be surrounded by a community of like minded people.
