Charlotte listened to the instructions abt length and style and stuck to it. Generally one may cut too short or change too much, but she was excellent.
I like that you can see the waiting times in the locations nearby; however, I still prefer the reliability of a set appointment time. Check in was easy and my son enjoyed the first-time customer treatment with the shampoo and hot towel.
My stylist was very professional, kind and pleasure to talk to. And I was very satisfied with my haircut and experience

If you know when your stylist is in, you can almost always get an appt when you need it, and you can get the same haircut each time without a great deal of describing want you want. Keeping track of past appts helps.
