I was a little irritated that I had to make an account just to get service. My haircut was a last minute deal, and trying to make an account with a special password while driving was a joke. I have never had to do that before. It almost made me go to the competition, which was closer to my home and would take walk-ins. The only reason I drove from Oakland to San Ramon was because a friend recommended Liz.

I’ve gone to the Danville location for my last 4 haircuts and unfortunately had to go back this last time to fix areas that were missed. I was even charged for that second visit. Regardless I will continue to request Liz from now on.
