The business model is simple and to the point.
Three out of the last four stylists have done a poor job of hair cutting. The good stylists don’t seem to stay very long.

Most stylists in my area are good but they are inconsistent. Also would be nice to update the systems info after awhile since I changed the way I style my hair but the system was never updated to reflect that.

I like the speed with which I can get in and out, as I have decided to get my hair cut once a month now. I add a trip to "Sports Clips" to my to-do list for a day near the first of each month.
Ashley did a terrific job cutting my husband's hair, ie. Rudy Prachyl. It looks really good and is the length that he likes. She was very patient with the both of us, because of the new technology and him being hard of hearing. Thank you Ashley for being so helpful and making us feel special. We will be back!!!
After my last visit, NO! I almost want to say I want a refund! The guy, that brings up another problem i have that i will go into later, that cut my hair DOES NOT know what a flat-top is. He brought out the flat-top comb, did not even use it. After he was done it has the big wave on the front after I said I wanted a short flat-top! I will not go back there until he is gone. Now the other problem: I dont go to your establishment to have guys cut my hair, I can go to a barbershop for that! Bring back female haircutters!
My son and grandson went in for haircuts on Saturday. My son confirmed he wanted the same cut he had, which had grown out. He did not get the same cut he had, quite different actually. My grandson went in later to get a little taken off back, front, and over ears. Very uneven trimming. I have 3 sisters and a son in law that cut hair. Unfortunately, they are difficult to schedule haircuts with so we often just go to your shop. The above feedback was received from my son and son in law. The convenience is nice but the quality is lacking.
